Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is out for delivery. 

We are currently shipping to Canada and the United States. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100.

Canada Post Lettermail (No Tracking): 1- 3+ weeks 

Canada Post Expedited Parcel (With Tracking): 2 to 4 business days 

U.S

Chit Chats US (With Tracking): 4-7 business days 

All delivery times are estimates dependent on shipping method, and are not guaranteed. Please expect delays due to COVID-19 and high volumes of shipping.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong items. We will help correct that asap! 

Please note, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once the package has been notified delivered.
